Shipping Info

Delivery costs £5 per order (to one delivery address) (UK mainland only)  For orders outside of the UK mainland please contact hello@thepickledshop.com or call 01780 450774  Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. Someone will need to be available during working hours to sign for your delivery.  Occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control that will affect the timings of deliveries. In this case, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays. Any claims for shortages or breakages must be made within 72 hours of delivery by email to hello@thepickledshop.com or by phone 01780 450774.

We welcome international enquiries and ask that in these cases you contact us by email or phone for onward shipping costs to other locations.

Shortages or breakages

All goods are examined in detail prior to despatch to ensure that they leave us in perfect condition. However, shortages or breakages unfortunately can occur. At the time of delivery, we ask that you check the goods for any obvious damages or shortages.  If damages or shortages are apparent, sign for the goods as damaged.   The details of any shortages or damages must then be notified to us in writing within 72 hours of delivery.  Otherwise, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and shall be bound to pay for the goods as detailed on the delivery note.
